To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從上年聖誕節同一班朋友嚟過城景酒店食西式自助餐後就決定今年聖誕又要再來這裡慶祝渡過。在西餐廳旁就是樂雅軒中菜廳。中餐廳平常也不太多人,環境寧靜,坐位也舒服,同朋友傾計食飯真係一流。今次嚟到食中菜是為了330元的龍蝦鮑魚餐。從餐單上看,的確很吸引!九道菜的套餐由前菜到糖水,再加紅白酒、啤酒汽水任飲,又怎能錯過呢?!* 江南四小碟 ~ 包括有醋香小黃瓜,鎮江肴肉,香脆素鱔及芥末牛柳粒。 最欣賞係用鮮冬菇做的素鱔,又熱又脆帶小小酸甜很開胃。肴肉無跟浙醋奉上但夠味;然而特別調製的芥末汁混合牛柳粒及蘆筍條後的味道很獨特,未必人人喜愛。* 格蘭焗響螺 ~ 焗得熱烘烘的響螺內釀了葡汁芝士加薯蓉配菜及螺肉。螺肉其實不多,但餡料香濃,只是螺內用作托住餡料的椰菜花較淡。* 鮑魚花膠功夫湯 ~ 一人一壺熱湯夠特色,湯料除了一隻細細的鮑魚外還有瘦肉粒,雞腳同小小花膠粒。最緊要係湯夠清甜無味精。* 金箔龍蝦白玉盞 ~ 每人有半邊焗龍蝦及一隻鉗。看不見有金箔只看到有炸漿脆粒混合在一起,有少許像避風塘式煮法但不辣也沒有太多炸蒜。而蝦肉方面煮得過熟過老。白玉盞為炸過的玉子豆腐。整體賣相吸引但口感一般。* 金華玉樹蒸

* 金華玉樹蒸彩衣柳 ~ 在魚柳與魚柳之間夾了金華火腿片及冬菇片一齊蒸,再加上數條菜芯伴碟。魚肉唔腥但蒸熟了少少。一口過咬下魚肉加火腿及冬菇都算鮮味。

* 魚湯小雲吞浸田園小菜苗 ~ 廚師選擇用上我們不喜歡的小棠菜。雖然洗得乾淨無沙,但不喜歡就是不喜歡。雲吞是一般的大小也沒有甚麼特別,至於浸菜的魚湯確清甜。
