今日喺荃灣做完嘢,已經過咗食晏時間,餓到腳都軟埋!諗起朋友話荃灣有間京都風拉麵店由日本師傅精心炮製,味道好正宗。即刻充滿力量腳步自然加快向千色匯二樓出發。離遠見到日式布簾同實木招牌嘅就係「麵道」。可能食晏時間過咗,唔駛排隊就有位。佢嘅佈置喺用木枱同木櫈,好有日本嘅地道京都小店風,位同位之間好闊落,覺得好舒適自在。牆上面仲有個古典武士背影,令人諗起日本劍道,唔知同個店名有無關係呢?睇睇餐牌有三種拉麵湯底可以揀,醬油豚骨湯、伊勢海老豚骨湯同雞白湯。最特別係用龍蝦頭、蝦殻、蝦膏同蝦籽先烤咗,再加入豚骨熬製嘅出伊勢海老豚骨湯。聽落都覺得好味,所以就叫咗特盛叉燒溏心蛋龍蝦豚骨湯拉麵,點餐紙上仲可揀走蔥、走木耳,麵質有軟、適中、硬麵。枱面有一個細盒,有齊各種用具同調味料,隔離有餃子醬油,仲有前菜小青瓜粒任食,辣辣地又爽又脆,好醒胃。等咗幾分鐘拉麵就放喺眼前,聞到陣陣蝦湯香味,快快手飲啖湯先,蝦味又唔會搶走豚骨鮮味,入口又香又濃,湯底又唔會好杰。拉麵㨂咗直麵,佢比其他麵幼D,估唔到掛湯力咁高,一啖啖掛滿湯嘅直麵煙韌又彈牙。四大塊叉燒表面有少少燶燶地,但又有少少焦香,肥瘦雙隔嘅义燒又唔會好油膩,好鬼鬆

等咗幾分鐘拉麵就放喺眼前,聞到陣陣蝦湯香味,快快手飲啖湯先,蝦味又唔會搶走豚骨鮮味,入口又香又濃,湯底又唔會好杰。拉麵㨂咗直麵,佢比其他麵幼D,估唔到掛湯力咁高,一啖啖掛滿湯嘅直麵煙韌又彈牙。四大塊叉燒表面有少少燶燶地,但又有少少焦香,肥瘦雙隔嘅义燒又唔會好油膩,好鬼鬆軟。溏心蛋外面有醬油香,入面蛋黃軟滑,充滿蛋香,好味。窩心驚喜仲有兩隻餃子,連湯帶餃一啖入口,皮香肉滑,又唔會太大隻一啖一隻夠晒滿足,加埋木耳同蔥花,真喺滋味無窮。

依個時間最好再加D芝麻喺拉麵到,用好得意嘅迷你磨碗木棒去磨碎,增加香味,等佢容易溶喺湯到,將佢提升到另一境界。

小食點咗燒汁天婦羅無骨雞翼,無骨啖啖肉,炸得外面鬆脆,入面肉質又軟又嫩,加埋燒汁,更加惹味好食。

本來想要櫻花可樂,之前在其他食店飲過幾特別,點知啱啱賣曬,真喺激氣!希望下次再離可以飲到,仲要試埋少見用雞肉做嘅叉燒,雞叉燒雞白湯拉麵。
