To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大澳蝦醬魷魚卷這個很好吃，每次來都會吃的。外層鬆脆輕身，餡料飽滿，魷魚彈牙，加上蝦醬芹菜很惹味。口水汁龍利魚腸粉網友推薦的，香香辣辣的，腸粉皮滑嘟嘟，魚肉份量也不小，點多啲汁好好味。滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣鵪鶉蛋微微辣，彈牙QQ的，滷水味突出，燒賣肥瘦適中，新派口味很不錯。馬拉小籠包小籠包皮很特別，原來是餡料是肉骨茶味道，藥材味濃郁順口，湯汁是頗多的，皮薄餡靚。松露野菌晶瑩餃紫色的外形，已經可以贏盡女士歡心。晶瑩剔透好像紫水晶。荀尖蝦餃皇大大隻很飽滿，而且外層晶瑩剔透，蝦肉也爽滑，熱辣辣質地軟棉棉。蘿蔔絲酥好耐無食過蘿蔔絲酥，現在的酒樓也不常見，真心覺得有驚喜，外層酥化不糊口，餡料也清甜，實在是幾好味，如果餡料再多啲就更加好。
