To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

此店本人曾多次買外賣，質素平常，沒有特別。最近中午買了外賣自取，包括：澳洲龍蝦外賣一隻（約1斤）開邊上湯焗連伊麵沙爹金錢肚豬腳薑醬汁鳳爪打開時見龍蝦開邊左右大小不一，明顯是不同的龍蝦開邊併合一起。更大問題是龍蝦不新鮮（霉肉），明顯是雪藏過，不是新鮮。下單時餐廳沒有於菜單中標明龍蝦是雪藏或不新鮮。（龍蝦以外的）其他食物品質屬正常，分量偏少。俾佢D咁質素的龍蝦嚇親。列入黑名單，永無下一次。（另，是次是食用一段時後仍覺得感覺好差，才寫食評，所以沒有附食物相片，只上載單據）
