To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然口痕好想食日式燒肉🔥🥩,可惜係香港既燒肉店唔多,高質既更加少🥺係大埔更加係冇選擇🤭牛角俾我既感覺就係穩定但唔好expect更多。👧🏻🥚兩個人order咗4份肉🐂、1份多春魚、1份海鮮湯🥣、1碗飯🍚啱啱好。【和牛牛肋肉(黑松露月見汁)4片$109】哩碟係今晚食過既肉唯一一盤會想番桌既肉🤭🤣肉質鮮嫩多汁;不過個醬汁唔係太食到黑松露味。【美國🇺🇸SRF極上和牛板腱肉(配蘿蔔蓉柚子醋)$88】 幾欣賞配肉既柚子醋,點少少已經可以提升肉味,而且感覺上比較去油膩。【腹胸肉(鹽醬)$69】肉質都係同一個問題,略嫌有啲鞋口,最大問題就係太咸🧂【壺漬牛肋肉$98】一條長型既牛肋肉俾你自己燒,燒完再剪✂️成一口size就可以,略嫌肉質有啲鞋口同埋幾硬🥴【🥣石鍋泡菜豆腐海鮮湯$65】個泡菜湯好夠味,海鮮有帶子、蜆、魚柳,雖然都係雪藏貨色不過份量都足夠😋,唔會得一兩粒;其他配料仲有豆腐同埋泡菜。我自己覺得幾好飲又抵飲,只係分咗一小碗🥣俾男朋友🥚🤭,跟住自己👧🏻清哂😂。 【多春魚$49】、【🍚$15】
