To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百樂潮州酒樓, 平時會去時代廣場嗰間, 今天行開新世紀廣場就入嚟試吓啦. 點心內容及餐廳跟時代廣場嗰間很不一樣,八卦哋問吓工作人員, 他的答覆係兩兄弟主理不同的餐廳. 新世紀廣場比較老派作風一點,但座位及環境尚舒服. 試了一個特式點心: 煎糯米大脹幾特別!另外潮州粉果也真的非常新鮮美味, 還有方魚肉碎粥及百花蝦球浸魚肚都好好味😋埋單時還有功夫茶嘆吓, 雖然話這是一般潮州酒數基本動作但並非一定有. 下次會再去試吓其它美點
