To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炎炎夏日，同朋友行山後打算找開胃菜，一想起夏天最適合吃川茶或酸辣麵，想到這間店舖。大概一年前來過一次，想不到質素瞬間下滑。其實菜單價格不便宜，酸辣麵配飲品已經七十多元，還收取加一服務費。朋友叫的棒棒雞需要額外加$30，只有小小一盤。給帳每人都差不多一百元，但餸菜份量很少，性價比好低。酸辣麵味道還可以，麵條略嫌有點太粗。我們大概兩點左右到餐廳用膳時只有寥寥數人，侍應生亦不想招呼我們，舉手叫餐亦無人理會。👎🏻
