最近中環開咗間新餐廳,係由米芝連餐廳Arcane嘅主廚Shane Osborn開嘅causal dining😆地方唔係好大,得幾張枱,最好就book咗位先~-📌 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙏𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙚 ($148)呢個tartare嘅seasoning好特別,除咗簡單嘅調味,佢仲額外落咗檸檬,令到成個starter變得酸酸甜甜,食落好Fresh,蝦肉爽口彈牙,仲有啲似蝦膠咁有啲黏口嘅感覺,配上椰奶做sauce,成個味道變得好rich,椰香味好出,如果本身鍾意飲椰奶嘅一定好鍾意呢個!-📌 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙞 ($168)呢個係鳀魚蕃茄意粉,平時去餐廳食pasta通常都係會叫返tomato sauce,因為一定唔會伏🤞🏻比起平時食嘅蕃茄意粉,,我覺得佢嘅味道有少少唔同,雖然都食得出係用咗新鮮蕃茄製成,但佢就冇咗嗰種酸味,係屬於比較偏甜,友人成晚就最鍾意呢碟,但我本身就麻麻哋偏甜嘅意粉,所以就覺得一般般🙈 意粉口感屬於腍身-📌 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙩 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙤 ($168)呢 個 好 好 食!!本身呢個risotto係用咗goat cheese,但由於我地唔鍾意羊奶嗰陣羶味,經過諮問之後成功轉咗做普通嘅che

呢 個 好 好 食!!
本身呢個risotto係用咗goat cheese,但由於我地唔鍾意羊奶嗰陣羶味,經過諮問之後成功轉咗做普通嘅cheese🤞🏻
首先,risotto嘅烹調時間拿捏得好好,口感仍然可以保持偏硬,但係又唔會過生,中間仲可以咬到脆身嘅米,每一粒米都吸滿曬cheese
佢嘅sauce極度creamy,feel到一定落咗超級多芝士,每一啖都係邪惡嘅味道,但又令我忍唔住係咁食,而且一啲都唔膩,真係好少食risotto係會食完一碟仲想encore😆

但由於餐廳係會定期轉menu,如果大家有特別想試嘅course一定要係佢轉之前去!我去之前完全唔知,所以我想試嗰啲一樣都無😭😭
