To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大班樓 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 🥢🧧相信大家都唔陌生大班樓有幾難𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸🥲 小妹有幸食過兩次,寫返個二訪𝗿𝗲v𝗶𝗲𝘄先🤣🤣 我兩次都係食𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵,第一次係公眾假期,第二次係平日下午。𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘂 超級抵食❗️𝟯-𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗛𝗸$𝟯𝟮𝟴;𝟰-𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗛𝗸$𝟯𝟰𝟴,記得要平日下晝先有㗎☺️ 餐廳面積唔算大,有兩層,大概十五張枱左右。所以難𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸都正常嘅🤣 始終得一輪而且位置唔多。如果你訂𝟭𝟮點想坐到𝟯點幾都絕對冇問題。𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒓𝒔椒鹽鮮魷🦑- 每次黎都必叫,炸得好香口🤩但全部都係魷魚鬚,無魷魚肉🥲龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿 (半隻)🦆🦆- 好香煙熏味🥰 肉嫩,鴿皮脆口,好食😋大班樓鹹魚臭豆腐- 𝗠𝘆 𝗳𝗮v𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 🤣🤣🤣 食落口好濃嘅臭豆腐味🤣🤣超正❣️金錢蟹肉香菇盒🍄- 大班樓其中一個𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲🤤 切開裏面超足料,必叫🤩❗️𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒑老火靚湯- 原諒我唔記得是日靚湯係咩🤣淨係記得好足料,有大量粟米🌽、冬菇🍄、雞🐥、豬肉🐷。總之就好飲啦🤣🤣𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒔雞油花雕蒸花蟹配陳村粉 (大概𝟭𝟰兩) +𝗛𝗸$𝟱𝟴𝟴 🦀- 終於食到呢味必叫嘅花雕蒸

- 終於食到呢味必叫嘅花雕蒸花蟹🦀🦀🤩 用上陳年花雕,配上𝗤𝗤嘅陳村粉,肉質厚實嘅花蟹🤩🤩 超級好食😋‼️蟹肉比陳村粉更入味有更香嘅花雕味☺️☺️ 完全足夠四人分量😋 飲咗好多個花雕𝘀𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲🤣🤣

- 我個人唔飲杏仁茶所以無試。不過朋友自己飲咗兩碗,可想言之有幾好味🤣🤣🤣🤣


服務方面,雖然好多人都話大班樓服務好差,但係自從大班樓入咗𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟱𝟬 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭 之後,服務好明顯係進步咗好多。當然未去到米之蓮嘅級數,不過店內嘅哥哥同叔叔都好親切🤣🤣🤣


到大家最緊張有關訂枱方面⋯而家大班樓已經𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹到三月啦🥲 四月至六月𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 暫定會一月中開。❣️
