𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗭𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘 𝗕𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 $𝟮𝟲𝟴 𝗛𝗞𝗗! We ordered their Weekend Brunch menu priced at $268 hkd per person + 10% service charge. Comes with a choice of 1 starter, 1 main + dessert of the day! Pic 1️⃣: Steak and Endless Fries, Black Truffle Mayo (+48 hkd) 🥩 — Steak was cooked to a nice medium rare but lacked seasoning. Meat was quite tender with the odd tendon or two. Thought the steak could do with some sauce for a bit of moisture and flavour (I ended up dipping the steak in the truffle mayo

— Steak was cooked to a nice medium rare but lacked seasoning. Meat was quite tender with the odd tendon or two. Thought the steak could do with some sauce for a bit of moisture and flavour (I ended up dipping the steak in the truffle mayo meant for the fries 😂) The fries were nice and crispy and went well with the truffle mayo.
Pic 2️⃣: Pancakes and Karaage Chicken 🥞
— Interesting take on what you might usually find on a brunch menu: chicken & waffles. The waffles are replaced with their light and fluffy pancakes and topped with a generous drizzle of maple syrup. Their pancakes have a very strong coconut flavour that I found slightly overpowering at times and masked the flavour of the karaage chicken. The fried chicken was very good, coating was well seasoned and fried to perfection so that the chicken meat was still tender and juicy on the inside. Wish there was a bit more maple syrup or sauce in general as it felt slightly dry. The runny egg yolk definitely helped with giving the dish a bit more moisture.
Pic 3️⃣: Japanese Empanada & Chimichurri
— Reminded me of a samosa but stuffed with a Japanese curry filling which was delicious!
Pic 4️⃣: Three Omakase Starters
— Very good way to start off the meal. The appetisers were all very flavourful and unique. My favourite was the truffle potato salad.
Pic 5️⃣: Dessert of the day (Mango ice cream mochi)
— No better way to end the meal. The mango ice cream was refreshing and the mochi had a nice chewy texture to it.
