To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友介紹, 當晚相約朋友8人飯聚,其中叫咗蝦干通菜, 但只有3粒蝦干(無影相), 並非條, 係粒, 向侍應查問, 回答蝦干貴, 係咁多啦(侍應親眼睇到3 粒), 向自稱老闆娘查詢, 稱唔會係咁, 會有7或8條蝦干, 並從廚房拿蝦干給看, 強調廚房無錯, 係客人攪錯,咁嘅服務態度, 點可以再幫襯,只是建議改進, 客人無要求更換或退回, 已經話客人錯, 鋪頭無錯° 同時其他餸菜份量少, 其中個老鼠班魚兩味(炒球及蒸班頭腩,$598, 份量細到2人餐咁, 問侍應,稱海魚係咁份量, 跟住行開, 意思客人食就食, 唔食就算, 最後朋友一肚怨氣離開°我都好想在港消費, 但咁嘅服務態度, 真係唔好成日問點解會返内地消費°
