My friends and I recently visited Motorino in Central Shelley Street, which is well-known of its authentic pizzas. We ordered two different pizzas, meatballs and a dessert pizza to share. Firstly, we tried the 𝙎𝙊𝙋𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎𝘼𝙏𝘼 𝙋𝙄𝘾𝘾𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙀 HKD208. This pizza had a nice balance of spicy soppressata, which is a type of Italian salami, and a tangy tomato sauce. But the pizza was baked to the point where the crust and edges were quite charred (not sure if this is their signature move), but the base of the pizza remained soft and tender. The spiciness was just right, not too overwhelming but enough to give a kick.

We also ordered the 𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙋𝙀𝙏𝙏𝙀 𝘼𝙇 𝙎𝙐𝙂𝙊 HKD138, which are meatballs. These meatballs were tender and flavorful, cooked in a rich tomato sauce. They were a great accompaniment to the pizzas, providing a hearty and satisfying addition to our meal.

For dessert, we indulged in the 𝙋𝙞𝙯𝙯𝙖 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙖 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖 HKD98. This was a sweet treat to end our meal on a high note. The pizza was generously topped with Nutella and had a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
