To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午兩點到達，知客向每位客人大聲講「搭枱等快啲」，行去枱號途中，伙記阿姐隔空問飲乜茶。坐低就開啓自動模式，QR 叫食物，自己加水。四人套餐CP 可以，大約$300 可以有炒粉麵加點心。兩個人選擇不多。叫左潮州粉果，想要多一碟辣椒油沾蝦餃，點心阿姐話要收錢，頭也不回，行開左！我哋再問高級部長，佢大聲話係呀，食豆板醬啦，再大聲叫街尾同事比豆板醬5號枱。。。真係唔該晒! 多謝晒這酒樓比左一個難忘嘅下午我哋😜😜😜
