To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無諗過lunch會去打邊爐,仲要一人火鍋，朋友講話依家餐廳有一人火鍋，就趁住冬天去試一試。本身諗住應該唔多人，冇book位，原本店員話冇位，好彩得返兩個位，但係原來係要搭枱，不過做得一人火鍋，加上餐廳入面大部分都係大枱，要搭枱都正常。講返點餐紙，個名叫做賣身契，其實係一張揀湯底煮食配菜同飲品嘅紙。朋友叫沙嗲湯，佢話唔算好辣。我叫胡椒豬肚湯，其實胡椒味都重，仲有少少豬肚。其他食物方面都正常，本身以為會食唔飽，但係其實都夠。總括黎講，依度係快餐店以外一人火鍋嘅好選擇，仲要係lunch time 先有。
