To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時候,真的不知道晚飯吃什麼。與其說有選擇困難,倒不如說是日間工作太忙了,放工後身體累了,腦袋需要休息了,隨便吃個「霞姨」飯盒,草草慰勞個胃便算了。不過,就算係「霞姨」飯盒,都要找家出品好些,優質一點,才不會辜負辛勞的自己才是。一向喜歡這裡的义燒,喜歡它的味道,喜歡它的口感,不會過肥,這麽便可減少吃义燒的邪惡感。這裡的燒臘飯,還會附有油菜和飲品(凍飲加$3,特色飲品加$8)。作為1個人晚餐,都算豐富,相當不錯。义燒很香口,肉質不會乾,甜甜蜜蜜的,油菜都很嫩,很新鮮,不會過冧,加上一杯熱檸茶幫助消化,成了一頓不錯的「一個人晚餐」。
