To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一行九人到這𥚃新春團拜，被安排海景座位，餐廳樓底高加上天氣好，首先感覺良好。飲品有大量選擇，紅白酒、果汁、罐裝汽水果汁、咖啡茶等等。食物方面，蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝仔、蝦春卷、干燒伊面都吾錯，威靈頓牛柳肉嫩得嚟個皮又好鬆化，十分出色，銅鑼灣某餐廳$980/5件（1小條）系度食兩件已經回本。脆皮豬肉卷，個脆皮不脆麻麻地，凍海鮮開邊龍蝦肉地好橡根，生滾雞粥完全冇味，潮洲粉果個皮厚左啲。甜點方面，薑汁焦糖燉蛋比較特別，葡撻鬆化、有一款普通忌廉蛋糕吾太甜好食。奇怪沒有即灼粉麵檔，刺身就普普通通啦。埋單$488/85 折一位，都可以啦。
