To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近又有1蚊雞,一個星期內去了兩次,除了1蚊隻雞之外,其他嘢就不敢恭維,兩次都係叫甜品,落單後等咗十幾廿分鐘,追單先至話賣晒,又例如一碟通菜炒牛肉,賣$88(未計加一),又多油又多水,一劈嘢咁,自己炒都炒唔到咁差,朋友就話,算啦,1蚊隻雞,都底番晒啦!但係呢餐唔係俾1蚊,係俾幾百蚊,底唔底就要自己計過數,我就唔會再去。
