To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近(都講左幾十年),想減肥,係太古打完拳就會去鰂魚涌搵野食,一向有選擇困難既我,左揀右揀決定入黎安南食越南野!由於我想減肥,唔想食咁肥咁油膩咁咸😎最後我決定!!!食撈檬!!!但係唔爭氣又為食既自己,口裡說不落order時卻很誠實~叫左個三拼.....撈檬...朋友反曬白眼,我笑住講:通常啲三拼份量都好少,點知一送到上黎😧係咪咁多餸啊啲肉唔洗錢咩!勁多,真係勁多,我一個努力減肥既女仔係無可能食到咁多肉同啲撈檬,入正題:撈檬好味,黎三次食三次,口感雖然乾身但唔會好硬,加上花生碎好香,菜絲蘿白絲加埋個汁,好清新。我最唔中意啲汁酸既,安南個汁我覺得好岩胃口,而且好濃味,唔似出面啲大型連鎖店溝稀曬。三拼有1. 香茅豬扒(係薄豬,豬個質感有小小韌,可接受既,但好入果,真係好入味,同埋份量好多,我唸起碼3份2塊)2. 炸雞鎚x2 (皮薄,雞唔算jussy但都滑),3.扎肉x 2(個扎肉係食完會 Er.........都係放棄啦...係濃味,但味道好奇怪,香料好多,我食唔慣,或者你會中意ge..第二係朋友叫既珈喱牛腩飯佢話個汁幾濃味,岩撈飯(上次食茄汁咸到要加水落湯),今次係有小小驚喜既~牛腩都算入
