今日天氣轉凍,一直想食既四季文昌終於係今晚實現左。入到去餐廳,地方好寬敞,當中帶有懷舊風格。再加上侍應生服務非常有禮貌,整體感覺已經令我非常滿意。好飲既 pina colada, 有少少酒精,但襯起上黎好易入口!一陣陣既椰香滲入我地落完order, 然後上前菜係三文魚刺身及冷盤沙薑豬手,豬手真心覺得好入味,自製既沙薑唔會好咸,豬手肉質非常爽口,但三文魚就比較普通!再黎就係主角之一文昌雞半隻,配上椰青汁湯底,簡直一絕。皮薄肉厚,皮下脂肪亦唔多而且肉質嫩滑,肉中又帶有椰青汁味,堅好夾。湯配料有椰子肉,都非常爽口。食完雞,就轉另一個湯底,有新推出既牛骨湯湯底打邊爐。雖然牛骨湯本身濃郁,但混入剩餘既椰青汁湯底,令牛骨湯味道濃郁帶有新鮮味覺,而且椰青汁剛好可去除牛蘇味。其他主角亦開始出場,打頭陣有安格斯牛薄片,雪花均勻顏色鮮明,肉味濃郁。然後有和牛肩胛肉及牛舌,和牛肉味本身較淡,會覺口感較為單調,但勝在肉質嫩滑。再黎既有牛肉眼,呢碟不得不讚,味道口感極佳,油花好平均,厚度適中,無得彈。另加1盤雜菜以及稻庭烏冬,有生菜椰菜,菜本身已經好甜,至於烏冬,再加上精華湯底,仍然品嚐到椰青汁味道。呢餐我食得

呢碟不得不讚,味道口感極佳,油花好平均,厚度適中,無得彈。
另加1盤雜菜以及稻庭烏冬,有生菜椰菜,菜本身已經好甜,至於烏冬,再加上精華湯底,仍然品嚐到椰青汁味道。
呢餐我食得出餐廳既誠意,每樣食物唔會馬虎上菜,好明顯有落足功夫擺切每一樣食物與用具。下次我會再光臨。
