九月打左半日電話,終於訂到今晚去食晚餐。兩人被安排坐卡位,十分鬆動,叫左兩個 $680 夀喜燒加一隻北海道蠔 $120。隻蠔都幾大隻,色澤光亮,肉質爽口。前菜比較特別系粒迷你小薯仔,番薯就加左d檸檬汁,好清新好開胃。菇菇蒸蛋,好香菇味,個蒸旦滑到真係吾識形容。這裡提供的是近江牛及關西做法,每人有四件,肉眼、西冷及牛肩,西冷牛味濃,牛肩嫩滑。而且蔬菜又吸收了肉汁的精華,不可錯過。滑旦牛肉炒配白飯,加上大量葱花,連漬物及麵豉湯。甜品系北海道牛乳布甸及厥餅,布甸系十分香濃嘅牛奶味,厥餅就冰冰涼涼。提外話:替我們處理夀喜燒的師傅恒哥和侍應小姐 Macy ,兩位都很有禮、健談和講解食物十分清楚,令我們有一個很好的用餐體驗!
