To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為上次食完送左啲優惠卷,而且亦都覺得食物水準幾好,所以今日再嚟,一行五人六點多到達,差唔多九點埋單,高峯期都有九成入坐率。烤鴨、海哲、魚付娃娃菜煲、楊枝甘露都保持一貫水準,尤其烤鴨,片得好靚,個鴨皮真係好脆好鬆化。五柳鴨絲炆米,鴨絲不多,而且並不是炆米,只是將啲五柳和鴨絲放在米粉上,這個真系吾建議食。原味炒鴨崧,份量少,味道一般,吾推介。黃金脆奶,個皮依然好厚,叫佢系因為埋單時差少少至可以用 $100x3 張優惠卷,侍應提議叫多一個甜品湊夠數,所以才後加的。埋單實數$1385/5位,已這個地段來說,都可以啦。
