採用本地三黃雞腿 經過3日時間製作而成
三黃雞腿會先用麥芽糖及香草浸泡
然後將雞腿風乾 令風味更濃郁
最後加上少少檸檬汁係烤香雞腿上
呢道signature dish真係好有驚喜
雞腿肉嫩香滑 充滿鹹香肉汁
雞腿皮薄脆得黎又帶陣陣麥芽甜味
最後配上一杯青檸梳打 清新味蕾
