To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入102層食下午茶真係第一次😄比之前既不同酒店既設計，環境大大不同。一入到去已經見到360度全海景係我眼前，一諗到望住個海景食下午茶就尤其興奮👀👀間餐廳個焦點其一係高空，其二既係海景🌁🌊雖則今之坐唔到靠近窗口既位但係都起碼坐既位都望到個海，認真舒服😂今次一坐低諗都唔諗攞住部手機係咁影對我黎講係太新奇。我叫咗個一人set既英式下午茶，餐飲係鐵觀音，我每次食下午茶一定係叫呢兩款茶唔係就會好濟。•最低層係例牌既鬆餅，奶油醬同梨子醬•中層係甜點有薑塊朱古力，檸檬批馬卡龍•頂層係煙燻三文魚三文治，南瓜批味道尚可，但薑味朱古力蛋糕比較重薑味好想坐窗口位😞原來要早兩三個月之前要訂位，好sad
