To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Cafe 103 餐廳的環境不容置疑，居高臨下，無論內外的景色和裝潢都舒適美觀。今次是自助午餐，本人首先瀏覽枱上所有食物，並沒有驚喜，都只是一般自助餐常見的，並且款式亦不多，賣相也不太吸引。但甜品部分就令我十分興奮，開心，眼睛發亮😍，款式眾多，我竟然考慮先吃甜品。但是我不是一個甜品愛好者！！餐廳員工服務水準不錯，有笑容和好友善。價錢$388+10%，HSBC白金信用卡有折。本人雖然不喜歡享用自助餐，餐廳的食物一般，但本人覺得這餐廳是十分值得再到訪的。

Cafe 103 餐廳的環境不容置疑，居高臨下，無論內外的景色和裝潢都舒適美觀。

今次是自助午餐，本人首先瀏覽枱上所有食物，並沒有驚喜，都只是一般自助餐常見的，並且款式亦不多，賣相也不太吸引。
