To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (13-8-2011 Sat)同男友去Sky100前,先食飽飽,我o地等車落荃灣,但等好耐都冇車,去葵芳地鐵o既巴士到o黎,我問男友轉唔轉呔落葵芳食o野?佢答轉啦.好,o黎到葵芳,大家樂太多人,唔食.o係葵涌廣場內搵o野食,原本想搵越南o野食,搵唔到,見到呢間,唉!苦無選擇同時間緊迫下,就呢間啦.坐低睇好耐,我揀o左$21.00o既小鍋米線餐,鍋底配料已有炸醬,酸菜,芽菜同韭菜.而每加一個餸要$5.00.咁我要貢丸同龍蝦丸(唔辣),要凍奶茶(冷熱飲品已包).男友就要$22.00o既蒜泥白肉同韭菜豬肉餃,老闆娘問佢要幾多粒?佢睇睇,話要$18.00有6粒o個隻,老闆娘話6粒冇飲品.男友就揀$24.00有8粒o既,咁就包喇,佢要凍檸茶少甜.老闆娘問要咩味o既餃子?男友都係答韭菜豬肉;老闆娘建議兩隻味(椰菜豬肉)都要啦,咁好啦,一樣一半.3分鐘後,我o既小鍋米線到o黎,食吓先,貢丸同龍蝦丸都冇味,配料中冇酸菜,換o黎o既係芫茜,韭菜得o個三條.米線唔算多,但男友就讚微辣o既湯幾好味.之後飲品到o黎,個妹妹仔拎三杯o野飲o黎問我o地要咩o野.感覺好似係我可以臨時轉呔同揀o野飲,佢求祈擺低兩杯,

男友撈好晒就食啦.肥豬肉都幾薄,冇味,原來呢個小食咁易做,只要灼熟豬肉片,加生蒜同豆瓣醬自己撈勻就掂,無須任何技巧.

又再等幾分鐘,餃子至到,
左:椰菜豬肉餃,右:韭菜豬肉餃

食吓先,椰菜豬肉味道清淡,韭菜豬肉味道自然濃啲,冇乜問題.

由於我o地想食飽啲至去Sky100,所以又叫$22.00o既滷水雞中翼,我估佢一碟四件,但都問一問.老闆娘答六件.我心諗應該唔大隻,我照order.又等好耐,終於到o黎,

呢個已經係整定o架啦,點解都要等咁耐?

而且都唔係熱.睇睇又唔算細隻喎.滷水味夠,不過我o地要速食啦,因為都幾趕.

其實呢o度o野食唔係話好好食,人多只因佢o地o野食上得慢啫.
