原來名門已經有17年嘅歷史,地方裝修簡單但菜式味道就一D 都唔簡單,最近正值飲食業寒冬,如果大家都想食好西就要多多支持呢D 僅存嘅小店。順德煎釀鯪魚 外表係一條完整嘅鯪魚,但實際上已經釀滿晒鯪魚肉,而為左要釀滿成D條魚,足足要用3條鯪魚先足夠,加上釀鯪魚肉嘅時候唔可以整爛魚皮,所以係一道相當考功夫嘅菜式。整道菜入口啖啖肉,岩晒鐘意食魚但又怕魚骨嘅人。哈哈哈芥蘭煲係因為用上蝦、蝦乾同蝦醬去煮芥蘭,所以得名為哈哈哈芥蘭煲,整個菜味道偏濃,用黎佐飯一流!灼清菜好新鮮嘅菜,白灼嘅菜可以中和返哈哈哈芥蘭煲嘅濃味 蓮藕餅 & 大良炸鮮奶蓮藕餅係用蓮藕切成薄片後,中間釀蓮藕同豬肉碎整成嘅肉塊,外層脆卜卜得黎內層就鬆軟,作為餐前小食一流!而大良炸鮮奶一樣外脆內軟,咬一口之後濃濃嘅牛奶就會慢慢流出,正!蛋白杏仁茶作為最後嘅甜品,而且由於係即叫即整嘅關係,對甜度有要求仲可以同店員講TIM,非常體貼。

哈哈哈芥蘭煲係因為用上蝦、蝦乾同蝦醬去煮芥蘭,所以得名為哈哈哈芥蘭煲,整個菜味道偏濃,用黎佐飯一流!
