To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經喺百芳買咗好多次野飲，成日飲開奶綠，平靚正，openrice落單仲可以用cash dollars十幾蚊就飲到雖然唔知道佢係用奶精定鮮奶，但飲到好鮮奶味，同綠茶味混合，50/50，係真好平均，飲到綠茶味同奶味，好甘鮮味道，最重要係超級大杯，十幾蚊係巨大杯，依家就算去mainland都未必飲到呢個價錢呢個質素，我指奶綠（其他試過例如蜂蜜奶茶覺得一般般，正常味道咁+黑糖珍珠鮮奶，都係OK唔錯），但最抵都係奶綠，所以係極力推薦環境簡約風，夠光服務正常睇落去都幾衛生，廚房唔知道，無入過去，睇唔到當乾淨
