富山灣白蝦數量好多,加上岩鹽及柚子碎,味道鮮甜清新;石垣貝經過拍打後會收縮,入口爽彈鮮甜,超好味;深海池魚魚油豐富;備長炭燒過既金目鯛帶有輕微炭香;清心縣大間吞拿魚有三種,赤身經過醬油醃漬,入口完全無筋,肉質非常幼軟;中拖羅肥美富油脂;大拖羅油脂豐富,相當肥美,略帶細筋;炭燒喉黑魚味道鮮甜;天草池魚肉質柔軟,加上薑蔥蓉,味道更豐富;北海道紫海膽creamy唔腥,配上新鮮三文魚籽真係充滿鮮味。
