有間鐵板燒好正，今日老公生日同佢去慶祝下先，餐廳環境十分讚，飽覽180度飽覽維港兩岸醉人景色😎海賀二人前💥鐵板燒套餐大約有10度精緻的菜式無花果蟹肉沙律酸🥗沙律菜好新鮮，蟹肉都幾多，味道鮮甜三文魚籽伴海雲醋👅三文魚籽口感順滑，少少海雲醋和三文魚籽，好開胃鵝肝🉐鵝肝煎得外脆內軟，鵝肝同多士中間有少少秘製水果醬，配上多士能解一解鵝肝的膩大蝦配蟹膏醬🍤大蝦肉質鮮嫩，有少少牛油點綴，肉質緊實，仲有絶配的蟹膏醬，好滿意呢到菜色美國牛柳😍一啖一口好方便，牛味夠香之餘，仲有脆口嘅蒜片同西洋菜磯煮鮑魚😋日本蘿蔔，好清甜，配上主角鮑魚鮮甜爽口，味道好夾，有種清新既感炒飯（和牛）☺️一碗係和牛，炒到粒粒分明，和牛份量多，每啖都食到和牛芝士餅配抹茶慕絲🍰抹茶慕絲有香濃抹茶，再加埋玄米脆脆同芝士蛋糕，好滿足呢到除了視覺和味覺的享受外，服務員每上一道菜，都會講解菜色同味道，真係相當貼心🤗
