To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大佬請食午餐，竟然帶我地去食自助餐，九龍東方富豪酒店，自助餐位於酒店嘅地庫全層，海鮮方面有青口、蝦、翡翠螺，翡翠螺較為細隻，青口冇咩味，熟悉都有成30幾款，仲設有甜品區，無限添飲奶茶咖啡、檸檬茶、朱古力等，一部機自助形式，刺身方面：三文魚及油甘魚，三文魚非常新鮮及鮮味及厚切，正！壽司方面有帶子、鰻魚及玉子，但係唔係幾新鮮同埋壽司飯比較硬身，甜品方面都比較多，有一個係自製嘅格仔餅，好多配料可以加上去，有鮮忌廉，果仁碎、朱古力醬等，格仔餅，外脆內軟，正，雪糕仲有dreyer's牌子，有開心果，芒果，開心果非常好食、食到裏面有開心果碎，味道濃郁又香滑，熟悉仲有一個係特別之處喇沙湯麵，喇沙湯底有70分，本人覺得未夠濃郁，但可接受，迷你版葡撻一定要試試，外脆內系香濃嘅蛋蛋香味
