✧This premium crab tsukemen inches ahead all the other tsukemen I have had to make eating ramen an extravagant experience🤭. Here I'm referring to the unusually high price, but also the irresistible crab paste, crab meat and crab roe infused in the broth😋👍🏻! The noodles come with one deep-fried soft shell crab, which is rather hard and dry. Luckily the soft boiled egg is particularly delicious, and the noodles are bouncy. You can add soup to the broth and savor the crab soup! 👏🏻

一場嚟到就試埋招牌豚鴨沾麵，湯底由鴨、雞、豚、魚熬成。材料豐富但味道偏淡，食唔出豬或鴨味，反而係香甜洋蔥味蓋過一切。另外叉燒好肥。對比蟹肉沾麵，豚鴨沾麵真係明顯比下去，而且佢價錢都咁貴，真係幾失望！😢
✧The signature tsukemen’s complex broth is made from 🦆duck, 🐔chicken, 🐷pork and 🐟fish, yet it does not taste as flavourful and rich as it may have sounded. The soup’s sweetness is amplified by excessive 🧅onions, which somehow account for the weak hints of duck or pork. The char siu is disappointingly fatty too! I can’t say the food quality is worth the money🤑
