聖誕臨近,忙埋今個星期,今年我就收爐。所以特別想食好少少,畢竟生活的儀式感十分重要!今晚我地黎到主行高端食材,大師傅主理的日式鐵板燒。餐廳位於The ONE 19樓,望住180度尖沙咀夜景,同時餐廳裝修好有以前銀座果d高級日本鐵板燒餐廳果隻,4個字 - 「紫醉金迷」今晚2個人叫左個$2480嘅鐵板燒二人餐,每人千零蚊,一set由頭食到甜品。大時大節同另一半慶祝,呢度真係好選擇。無花果蟹肉沙律實而不華的前菜,鮮甜嘅無花果夾雜蟹肉嘅鮮嫩,味道層次分明,十分開胃。三文魚籽伴海雲醋海雲醋係一道沖繩料理,其實醋漬一d海藻類嘅野,口感係十分滑身,酸酸甜甜。配上三文魚籽,完全係大海的感覺。磯煮鮑魚餐廳選用南非鮑,磯煮完全能夠保留鮑魚鮮味。慢煮令到鮑魚口感唔會變韌,鮑魚下方配以充分煨煮嘅大根,十分入味而冇渣。配上師傅特製,以鮑魚肝同味醂造成的醬味都係果句,實而不華,滿滿內斂的細節。鵝肝呢個係朋友嘅MVP,我都好糾結,係鵝肝定牛好d呢?用鐵板煎香鵝肝至微微焦香,軟滑豐腴,滿口鵝油香。仲要用牛油煎脆多士夾埋黎食,香到癲!仲要再加埋以黑蒜汁調出嘅醬去食,不論口感、味道嘅層次都係一絕!大蝦先原味試一口師傅的功

先原味試一口師傅的功架!蝦肉鮮味彈牙,表面微微焦脆相信可口。之後試埋點佢話用蟹膏同黑椒海鹽味埋嘅醬。由於以蟹膏解味為主角而非調味料,你就算點好多都唔會覺得好咸,好聰明的配搭。

主菜可以揀牛或雞,冇懸念揀牛。宮崎牛品質其實已追上神戶牛、松阪牛同近江牛,口感亦比近年香港大熱的鹿兒島牛軟滑同油脂分布平均。今次係食骰子牛,入口真係超級軟滑可口。點少少岩鹽已經好好食,我唔會想去搞佢個黑松露醬。可以配埋佢附上嘅炸蒜片食,香口,唔苦,我今晚的MVP。

二人餐黎到最後一定係食鐵板炒飯,兩個人當然要試哂兩個口味。櫻花蝦炒飯我係比較欣賞,因為口味清新,清清返我口入面牛嘅味道。蝦乾感香而不搶口,炒飯粒粒分明夠乾身。

黑松露和牛炒飯就係我想像中嘅野,我麻麻地黑松露,如果你喜歡黑松露你會喜歡呢個多d。但我仍然覺得佢今次係用料太靚,和牛鐵板炒飯,都係用返d頭頭尾尾,脂肪位黎炒比較香口,呢個飯應該係食油香,而唔係再食靚肉的。

抹茶芝士蛋糕
甜品係一小塊抹茶芝士蛋糕,係我最愛嘅New York
Cheesecake加抹茶抹茶 mousse,今餐已經好夠份量,甜品輕嘗就好!滿足的一餐!
