I was really surprised when I sat down for a Maccha Tea - The set is only $19 dollars, but out came some tea powder that needs to be swirled and stirred in an 'M' motion by customers to create the foamy head!It even came with 2 pieces of Wagashi! As a side note I also tried other teas and Udons here before. Although the Ketsune Udon (as opposed to Kitsune Udon) didn't looks totally right, for local HK context I thought it was really good ! It even came with 2 pieces of Wagashi!

As a side note I also tried other teas and Udons here before. Although the Ketsune Udon (as opposed to Kitsune Udon) didn't looks totally right, for local HK context I thought it was really good ! Noodles were al dente and the soup base was rather balanced between seaweed, soy and bonito. Yummy!
