星期一放工等朋友收工到8點,諗緊唔知食咩,就見到呢到唔多人等位,就揀咗呢間。一坐低落完單,職員就送上麵包配牛油。外脆內軟好味,如果暖暖哋應該會再好味啲。其中一個餐加咗頭盤和紅酒🍷呢個沙律🥗嘅醬汁令人開胃。再加上少少黑胡椒和炸蒜頭調味,感覺幾香口。主菜方面,烤蘑菇忌廉汁手製闊麵配上香草燒雞胸和醋漬野菌的搭配都幾特別。面條有著濃郁的忌廉汁與蘑菇的香氣,雞肉都算嫩滑,配上野菌的微酸味道,我個人比較喜歡個濶麵夠al dente嘅質感。而燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配上鼠尾草炸薯條和燒蘆筍都唔錯。肉質鮮嫩多汁,薯條炸得恰到好處,蘆筍則十分清爽。伯納西醬汁的酸甜味道更是為整道菜增添了層次感。
