To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 都算幾耐冇食過「沙嗲王」！之前公司附近有間成日都過嚟食！而家分店越來越少！銅鑼灣仍然好旺好熱鬧！佢地令到我好回味，一定要返嚟食就係白咖喱豬扒飯 🍛 我相信好多人都有同樣嘅諗法，因為見到隔離檯也有叫！嚟到沙嗲王，見到二人餐好豐富，可以揀兩款前菜、兩款主食、一款小食及兩杯飲品及兩杯Haagen-Dazs雪糕 🍨 其實都幾抵食架前菜選了2個龍蝦場，入口鮮美！主食除了白咖哩飯！另一個是蟹粉豆腐，也是不錯之選！小食方面，春卷也很爽脆！飲品也有很多選擇！
