偶爾都會跟食友談談新店的表現,而近日不約而同都有朋友提及大公館。起初以為地點隔涉,想不到就在地鐵站出口,十分方便。大公館位處新地標D2商場之內,一對鑲上銅環的大紅門,滿有中國風,店內不少就設反而帶有時尚感,一室光潔明亮,感覺良好。可能是剛開業的關係,認識的人不多,服務員能更貼心的照顧,反而是件好事。一開始送上的話梅鐵棍淮山已經很吸「睛」,切成丁方,吃起來夠方便,而且散發淡淡的話梅香氣,入口清新爽朗。想不到以粵菜作主打的食店,就連川菜亦處理得相當到位,川味口水竹絲雞賣相簡單而亮麗,竹絲雞汆水後肉質更香滑,辣味不重,麻辣感覺反而慢慢在舌頭漫延,毫不覺膩,很出色。用舌尖來跟另一舌尖打轉的感覺有時真的很怪,五香去骨鴨舌選用size較細的品種,滷得非常入味,咬落嫩滑又香口,跟米芝蓮名店比較是毫不遜色。近年來大家似乎都喜歡在叉燒上增添變化,招牌黑毛豬叉燒是其中之一,肉質有保證,吃起來滿有嚼口,蜜汁掛得恰到好處,甜而不膩,少許焦香位更加是錦上添花,其實真的很想配碗白飯。再上是家鄉生拆魚茸羹,奶白色的湯底,原來是用上魚骨去熬,舀一下,質感很濃稠,冬菇絲、木耳絲及星班肉都切得纖巧,所以每口都是細滑如綿,

整體而言,的確是帶來了驚喜,只不過稍後時間將會收取入會費,價錢亦有所不同,也許要試就要趁早。
