才九點多,還有幾個小時才登機,晚一點可能會肚餓,不如就點一個輕盈的米線餐吧,反正看來都挺吸引,又跟一杯餐飲,正中下懷。 還以為非常輕盈,這個鹿兒島風豬軟骨拼鮮蝦菠菜餃米線($58)實在有點深藏不露,驟眼看以為份量不多,原來吃着吃着就都覺甚為飽肚,要老公出口相助。
豬軟骨有幾大件,燜得軟稔又入味,軟骨部份,入口更是又香又滑溜,湯底超級濃稠,我感到嘴唇被那豐富的骨膠原弄得黏黏的。米線掛著如此濃郁的湯底,那會不好吃?

Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
