To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年的最後一餐,梗係要對自己同心愛的人好 d,所以來到牛角做食肉獸。首先點了一個超巨的燒肉盛,入面有牛舌、雞肉、豬頸肉、牛肋肉、腩肉和牛肩。咁多款入面,最喜愛的就是牛舌和豬頸肉。牛舌薄薄的,燒完食落好香好容易入口。而豬頸肉燒得很金香,脆卜卜好有咬口好香脆。正正因為各款燒肉都好好味,所以我們兩個人一共食咗兩個燒肉盛。另外,我們仲叫咗燒帶子。將帶子連鍚紙盤放在火上面,把牛油煮溶後進食,真係鮮味得來又有 d 甜甜的。而今次的甜品就是燒蜜糖芝士,職員說只要將芝士燒到金黃色,然後點上蜜糖食用就可以。但是,芝士未燒到金黃色已經開始溶,再點蜜糖食是覺得好淡味,有點失望的。
