To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日帶父親大人去食午飯, 途經這餐廳, 見裝修頗為特別, 非一般茶餐廳設計, 感覺是一間港韓式餐廳,亦算得上食混合菜的茶餐廳。吸引顧客呢! 今日是星期六,菜單有午市套餐提供。點了蜜桃豬扒焗飯; 泡菜牛肉炒飯及韓式雞絲炒粉絲,每份餐附餐飲, 點了即磨咖啡﹑ 熱奶茶﹑熱檸檬茶。父親讚咖啡很香滑, 蜜糖豬扒焗飯不單味道好,有蜜桃﹑豬扒還有加入芝士焗,烹調時間亦要多一些, 客人要耐心等待,而且份量多, 有3塊豬扒呢! 如果胃口小, 可以分給倆人食。 泡菜牛肉炒飯份量相對少了三分之一, 做法不同, 不可相提並論。 味道亦各有不同, 泡菜牛肉炒飯當然有泡菜,自然帶有辛辣﹑香口,配有很雜菜, 如泡菜﹑葱﹑大紅椒等。
