To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美心集團中菜廳的食物水準一直都很好，而位於中環交易廣場的翠玉軒更是其中的佼佼者。這天中午，在看電影前就來這裡「飲茶」。我們只是要了三四個點心，但全都是高質美味的食物！鮮蝦腸粉：每次飲茶的必吃美食！原隻鮮蝦，腸粉皮滑而不厚，好味！👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼龍皇餃：此店獨有的點心，一客一隻，用獨立蒸籠盛載，很有氣派吧！薄薄的餃子皮包著大大的龍蝦肉，鮮味無容質疑！👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼魚翅灌湯餃：我特別喜歡吃灌湯餃，無論到哪一間酒樓飲茶，只要有灌湯餃，我都必定叫一客來試試。老實說，不是全都好吃的，但翠玉軒的灌湯餃就真的「無得輸」：鮮甜的湯汁，大大的餃子內有大大的原粒干貝。😋😋😋大家有機會也要試試！我們還吃了釀茄子和山竹牛肉，味道則比較一般。
