To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紅橋是我們的飯堂，由太子店吃到旺角店。旺角店更近公司，一份午餐$58~63有餐湯，主菜（意粉/飯）和飲品，免加一。每日都有精選套餐，兩三日就會轉換不同款式。但意大利飯、意粉、焗飯及包類是不會變的。蜜椒雞下脾伴蛋包飯 主菜前先上餐湯，個人喜歡中湯，因為呢度的中湯有滿滿湯料，而且不是味精湯，試過西湯也不錯，有時候會有紫薯湯⋯⋯主菜賣相已經好吸引，豐富雞脾有蜜糖甜度剛剛好，帶微微黑椒香⋯⋯喜歡伴碟有少許沙律菜，中和飽肚感。蛋包飯的飯粒都包住少少半熟蛋漿，蛋亦包得好實淨。吃的時候不會鬆開，很美味。餐飲我選熱咖啡☕️好香濃
