難得放假,就同姐妹周圍去影下相食下野,嘆返一日。之次有朋友同我提及過呢間雪山冰室,咁我地就plan好咗,係石硤尾果邊相完相就行過黎食個下午茶。餐廳唔難搵到,如果仔細睇,會見到一個懷舊式招牌,可惜唔係好影到。今次我地叫左兩個餐加一個小食。分別係避風塘生炸雞脾配紅豆冰、特餐(櫻花蝦蔥花炒蛋、多士+喇沙摻摻)配樽仔奶茶同埋一件榛子醬西多士。個人至愛:雞脾真係要試下,肉質唔「鞋」,切開有肉汁。最鍾意係佢既調味,有好少好少既辣,好香口。茶餐配既紅豆冰超多紅豆,紅豆控必點。至於特餐,平時唔太食蔥既我,接受到炒蛋入面既蔥,加上蝦既味道,意外地夾而佢既多士唔係普通方包,有少少似係丹麥包。摻摻湯底都唔錯,雖然唔係話超級濃,但絕對係中上質素。料有魚片、豆卜同埋蝦各兩件。麵底有油麵+米粉,口感唔錯。油麵唔係㵉pat pat 果種,係比較彈牙既。加配既樽仔奶茶偏甜,不過勝在夠滑。朋友係Nutalle鐵粉,所以佢一早就話要叫榛子醬西多士。😏個人認為榛子醬味唔夠出,糖漿有啲蓋過左榛子醬味。整體黎講好食既,想試既不防try try佢。埋單前加多支樽仔咖啡,反而咖啡甜度適中,比起奶茶,我都係鍾意樽仔咖啡。

個人至愛
