說來慚愧,第一次食呢間餐廳係試筲箕灣既分店。今日終於的起心肝去元朗總店試下佢原始既味道。佢鋪面唔大,連埋門口加開既3,4張枱,應該容納到30人左右。我同老婆叫左三樣野。首先係必試既『貴妃雞粥』。份量泥講,叫做啱啱好一人份。啲雞就真係認真嫩口,粥底都唔錯!再泥就係『XO醬滑蛋叉燒炒飯』。叉燒半肥瘦,係唔錯既。不過,如果相比起『旺記冰室』既『滑蛋叉燒炒飯』,新記就略遜一籌喇。最後係『秘製雞翼』,其實係煎雞翼,整得幾好味,皮脆肉嫩!總括泥講,食雞粥泥呢度就無介紹錯!
