To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約咗朋友入大埔食飯,朋友建議去大尾篤食忠誠,所以就由大埔墟火車站坐20c小巴入去,車程大概15至20分鐘。可能係因為閒日加天雨嘅關係,我哋8:00左右入去係唔需要等位,但係餐廳望落去都有8成門。所以如果要禮拜五、六,日嚟食飯的話可能要先訂位會比較好。餐廳食物種類唔少我哋三個女仔就嗌左以下呢啲食物:泰式炒金邊粉。一個好普通嘅金邊粉柚子沙律。味道唔錯酸酸甜甜,上面耍左啲攦過嘅椰子絲,柚子份量唔少。咖喱軟殼蟹加蒜蓉包。軟殼蟹同咖喱係分開上,所以軟殼蟹唔會浸到淋哂,咖喱口感唔錯。蒜蓉包要另外帶,略嫌唔係太夠蒜蓉味。泰式燒牛柳。呢碟有啲驚喜,我哋嗌咗七成熟,牛汁嫩滑,有牛味。牛肉串燒。串燒每款肉要嗌四串。牛肉串燒相比起燒牛柳就有點失色,普普通通。甜品拼盤。有好多木薯,個人比較欣賞個椰汁西米糕。呢間泰國菜水準ok, 但係又未至於好食到要特登入嚟食嘅。
