To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一個人享用的晚膳，本身不知食什麼好，因為自己所住的土瓜灣已很多店舖都食過，行過這見到一間開了不久的食店，便進去試新野，這「富和」的門口真的很簡單，可能正因街坊店舖內裏的裝修感覺像茶餐廳多一點，但也很舒服這叫了一個酸菜生魚片湯飯，上到枱的時間，看見份量也很十足，食落的感覺魚片很新鮮彈牙及魚的味道感覺良好，但可惜酸菜味不夠濃，比較淡口，這也明白，如果太酸的話可能會蓋過魚片的鮮味，所以整體來也算不錯連同一杯凍飲也只需消費$60的價錢，這絕對算是貼地的街坊價

 這叫了一個酸菜生魚片湯飯，上到枱的時間，看見份量也很十足，食落的感覺魚片很新鮮彈牙及魚的味道感覺良好，但可惜酸菜味不夠濃，比較淡口，這也明白，如果太酸的話可能會蓋過魚片的鮮味，所以整體來也算不錯
