To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1.源起:與友踩完單車到大尾篤食dinner。附近多間燒烤及泰式餐廳。2.約8點到店,多有空枱。而至約9-10點多人始為熱鬧,應為附近居民食宵夜。3.第一次到大尾篤食野。確實多有驚喜。而廚房即叫即製,新鮮無比。第一。燒豬頸肉,皮脆肉嫩,人人搶食。比得上係泰國食。第2,海鮮菠蘿炒飯,菠蘿盛飯,材料豐富,有好多海鮮藏於飯中,確實佳作。第3,炒金邊粉,樣式設計可見心思,另配砂糖/辣椒粉陪碟。但我就未見過橙色金邊粉,整體覺得不過不失。第4,特叫薄餅佐咖哩!第5,燒雞。真正內脆外軟,火候十足。第6,咖啡豬。味濃色靚味香。第7,小食併盤,值得一試,啖啖蝦肉,樣樣新奇。認真唔錯。4整體:出色泰國菜,可比真正泰國食。踩完單車順路經過。但可以改善廁所衛生。
