To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2021年12月25日今年聖誕節選擇左在Mirage 享受聖誕大餐，今年推出期間限定聖誕套餐「MIRAGE 夢幻佳節醉人晚宴」，有頭盤丶湯丶主菜丶甜品，及一杯氣泡酒。主菜係三選一，適合一些有選擇困難的人。頭盤係海鮮拼盤，有加拿大龍蝦丶法國生蠔丶菲律賓蜆。龍蝦唔算大隻，但係勝在有膏，生蠔和蜆肉好新鮮，湯就係牛肝菌忌廉湯，好香濃好好味。主菜方面有聖誕節一定見到嘅火雞，烤焗火雞胸伴火雞腿丸子，不過我哋無揀火雞。我哋選擇左澳洲和牛牛肩扒和松露配日本蘑菇意大利飯，牛扒一如以往咁好味，肉質鮮嫩。意大利飯陣陣松露味，最後到甜品，就係白朱古力雪球，造型好靚好吸引，雪球外滿佈椰絲，切開裡面係雜莓醬，唔太甜好味。對於今次聖誕大餐非常滿意，而且每位職員都好有禮貌丶親切，服務態度很好，雖然節日比較忙碌，但係保持專業服務態度。特別多謝Edward 和 Yan ，佢哋服務貼心。
