To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行四人叫左半份北京烤鴨一個炒豆苗 一個黑椒藕仔炒牛粒一個荔枝山楂咕嚕肉鴨皮好酥脆不過皮同肉片得好分離同埋鴨油真係有一陣鴨蘇味特別之處係佢除左傳統嘅甜醬京蔥同青瓜仲有胡麻醬同黑糖麻醬對我黎講有點兒奇怪畢竟心目中片皮鴨嘅味最主要就係黎自個甜醬冇甜醬等於冇左個靈魂細佬覺得好食 我就覺得一般荔枝山楂咕嚕肉其他人讚口不絕話炸得好鬆化外脆內軟試過個汁係幾好食酸甜適中不過份量好少豆苗炒得好好食清曬黑椒藕仔炒牛粒感覺最唔值係呢個餸要238藕仔有驚喜嘅本身以為蓮藕粒但原來佢係掩菜黎細細條酸酸地好幼長嘅蓮藕仔但牛肉就好一般整體黎講都幾好食嘅但如果正價冇coupon唔係好建議
