Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由個架既底層開始講起~

Raisin scone, plain scone (好味指數:😍😍😍😍🤩)
Scone 向來係tea set既重點之一,今次有原味同raisin, 質地唔會乾到一切就碎晒,亦未至於濕到咬落去會痴牙,濕度啱啱好,外脆內軟,同埋幾香牛油味🧈😋 Raisin味唔係原粒放入去,而係打碎左撈入去,因為唔係好碎,有翻軟糯既口感之餘,唔會搶左scone既focus,呢點唔錯~ 另外配左3種醬,分別係lemon curd🍋, clotted cream🍶同埋strawberry jam🍓 Lemon custard 似重奶油味既檸檬🍋夾心餅咁,夠酸但反而有少少濟;clotted cream 幾好~ 重奶香之餘夠挺身,至於jam就比較普通,酸酸甜甜

Tiger Prawn charcoal sub, Saffron Mayonnaise, Chervil 🍤 (好味指數:😍😍😍🤩)
呢個偏淡,雖然有幾多蝦🍤,口感爽口,但無咩蝦🦐味,同埋個醬落得太少,但係唔知係咪因為太少既緣故食唔出酸酸甜甜... 至於個竹炭包味道同普通包一樣,都幾香同鬆軟!另外有埋啲蕃茄🍅同菜🥬,配搭幾均衡,不過真係淡左啲...

Tomato Terrine, Olive, Basil Pesto, Tomato Crouton 🍅 (好味指數:😍😍😍😍)
上面長方形既係Tomato Terrine,用左蕃茄🍅蓉、香草包緊壓喺條型模具入面,用隔水加熱法去煮,攤凍之後再切片上碟,所以口感似爽口jelly同軟滑牛油🧈既混合體,另外因為有唔同香草🌿,味道偏向似意粉🍝醬,蕃茄味🍅都重,酸酸甜甜,食麵包🍞好似食意粉🍝咁,感覺幾特別!個油煎方型小麵包片🍞都有淡淡既蕃茄🍅香味,香脆可口!

Foie Gras Tartlet, Raspberry 🍓 (好味指數:😍😍😍)
呢個差啲,帶有啲苦味,可能係取膽整穿左搞到啲膽汁流左去肝嗰邊... 不過口感都creamy既,係比較稀既mousse質地,脂滑鹹鮮,有唔少人以為foie gras等於鵝肝,其實只係經過傳統餵養方法後取出既肥肝~ 個tart仲加左紅莓🍓,酸酸甜甜令到個tart無咁濟,tart皮再帶有啲牛油🧈香味幾鬆脆!

Smoked Salmon Sandwich, Salmon Mousse, Cream Cheese 🍣🥪 (好味指數:😍😍😍😍🤩)
第一次見會將三文魚🍣另外打成mousse既質地,有雙重三文魚🍣滋味😋 亦無因為打左做mousse就用差啲既三文魚,香味同質感同上面一片片既一樣,有淡淡既煙熏香味,質感豐腴嫩滑,加上選用既是左魚背既肉,肉厚同埋脂肪少,色澤鮮豔!配埋豐盈既cream cheese, 又香又creamy,唔會濟,應該係三文魚質素好既緣故!麵包🍞濕潤軟熟,呢個組合好食😋

Tiffin Club, Provolone and Cheddar Cheese, Mortadella, Salami 🥪 (好味指數:😍😍😍😍)
Tiffin牌既公司三文治🥪用左鬆軟既麥包,包住菜🥬、火腿🥓、兩款芝士🧀,最底有一塊意式豬肉腸🐷同埋用茄汁撈左一粒粒切碎左既腸,火腿🥓鹹度適中,mortadella 同salami 唔夠濃郁,芝士🧀今次用Provolone同Cheddar,Provolone係偏硬身既芝士🧀,濃郁略帶甜味;整體層次都豐富,不過可以喺上枱之前整熱,咁就可以將芝士🧀拉絲既特質同香味更好咁發揮出嚟,同埋醃肉個味可以出啲!

講完scone同鹹點,就到甜點啦😜 普遍都甜左啲,螞蟻人🐜會好開心😂 不過勝在當中有落心思配搭過,有唔同既組合同層次,唔係求其上啲好普通既cake湊夠數就算~

因為有朋友生日,所以送左呢件蛋糕🍰,朋友個名係印上去既,都幾靚👍🏻 朱古力🍫味濃郁醇厚,質地rich得嚟幼滑,有啲餘韻留喺口入面~ 入面既海綿蛋糕🍰口感濕潤,不過比較單調,可可味可以多啲層次感,例如用多啲唔同濃度既朱古力🍫,同埋都係甜左啲...

Yuzu Pineapple Cheesecake 🍊🍍🍰 (好味指數:😍😍😍😍)
口感輕盈細滑,上面有一pat黃色既gel,係柚子🍊同菠蘿🍍既mixture,清新又酸酸甜甜,質地比jam更加爽滑,即使個cake甜左啲但都唔會好漏!中間有塊無咩味既橙色大菜糕隔開gel同chessecake,而淺黃色既朱古力皮同意料之中既白朱古力一樣甜,好在整體既酸味有中和翻個甜味!

Blueberry and Violet Custard Profiterole 🔵🌰 (好味指數:😍😍😍😍🤩)
呢個甜度最適中,無左朱古力🍫既甜點甜度都控制得比較好~ 泡芙金黃色既外殼香酥鬆脆,加埋另外有塊菠蘿包皮喺出面,令到表皮既鬆脆多左個層次,仲有啲奶香~蛋香🥚馥郁,裡面口感濕潤帶有少少煙韌,配埋紫色綿密順滑既custard,甜而不膩,藍莓🔵清淡芳香,酸酸甜甜又清爽!

Mango Passionfruit Mousse, Chocolate Crunch 🥭🍫(好味指數:😍😍😍😍)
出面有一層薄薄既jelly,包住裡面酸酸甜甜既mousse,清香甘甜,芒果🥭同熱情果呢兩種濃味既生果香味互相輝映~ 裡面用左洋槐蜂蜜🍯同芒果🥭製成的果醬,用蜜糖🍯取代砂糖,健康之餘亦多左一種芳香!不過個chocolate crunch🍫太甜,雖然食得出朱古力🍫幾濃郁,但嗰陣幾飽下就無繼續食,呢個扣左分

呢個係開心果碎白桃🍑雲呢拿英式布甸🍮,trifle係一種乳脂鬆糕,由一層厚既、凝固custard加埋水果、海綿蛋糕、jelly 再加上新鮮忌廉,分層排列所做成~ 味道甜美,好似布甸咁香濃,用左馬達加斯雲呢拿,有獨特帶有啲rum味同甜甜既香味,加埋有芬芳豐郁、甘甜多汁既白桃🍑~ 口感香滑柔軟,層次豐富,開心果碎同埋白桃可以再多啲就再香口啲咁仲正👍🏻 同埋一樣係出面既白朱古力🍫皮甜左啲...

講埋呢個甜品bar就解釋到點解會飽到夜晚咩都食唔落,第一次食tea食到咁飽 😂好欣賞啲雪糕🍦全部係自家製既,口味特別又好食😋雖然其他自助甜品麻麻地,但有咁多選擇,真係值回票價!

waffle比起crepe稍為香口啲,但蛋🥚香味可以再出啲,同埋以原味黎講顏色稍為深色🏿左啲,有淡淡既烘烤香味,不過入口再香脆啲更加好,宜家係有少少偏硬~ 裡面軟熟,口感相對上厚實,加左果醬都唔會變腍~

Crepes (好味指數:😍😍😍)
Crepe煎得夠薄身,甜既crepe要煎得淡黃色,呢層都合格,不過有少少濟,因為蛋🥚香味唔夠出,加上質地比較濕,邊位唔得脆口,中心部分可以再煙韌啲~ 醬有芒果🥭、士多啤梨🍓、朱古力🍫同藍莓🔵任供選擇,同平時既糖漿一樣,偏人工味一啲

主要分左雪糕🍦同雪葩🍧,口味定期都會變,好多crossover味🤩 仲會放原材料喺個雪糕上面,令人感覺更加真材實料👍🏻 兩款都好食😋 雪糕🍦奶香味濃,好幼滑;雪葩都好幼滑,入口即融,加上無牛奶🥛,脂肪含量同熱量都較低,對於想減肥又控制唔到食冰既好選擇!由左上角開始講起~

馬達加斯雲呢拿雪糕🍦:有獨特帶有啲rum既味道同甜甜既香味,故不少甜品製作商都傾向選擇呢個產地既雲呢拿作原材料,今次用左呢款雲呢拿幾香,亦睇到一粒粒雲呢拿籽係真材實料,唔係靠香油😻 所以呢款係最簡單經典但又沁人心脾既選擇!

西瓜vodka 雪葩 🍉:呢個組合幾特別,雖然話平時cocktail都係將唔同既生果mix埋一齊,但係呢個組合用黎整雪葩小編都係第一次見,酒味唔係好重,帶有啲酒甜,都係可能因為有小朋友在場既緣故所以酒味淡,但有甘甜柔和清甜既西瓜味🍉,偏向微酸甜的口感

熱情果芫茜雪葩 🌿:原本覺得幾特別,但係芫茜🌿本身太重味所以蓋過左個熱情果既香味,只係食到酸味,有啲嘥左個熱情果,不過芫茜fans應該會鍾意😂 第一次食到芫茜🌿既野食帶酸~

芒果糯米飯雪糕 🥭🍚:呢個幾得意,真係有啲飯粒,口感有少少煙韌,加上第一次食到呢個口味既雪糕幾特別,芒果🥭清爽香甜帶有少少微酸,味道天然,如果再多翻啲椰汁同芒果🥭味就perfect~

黑加侖子香檳雪葩 🍇🍾️:黑加侖子🍇果香濃郁,酸甜可口,配埋醇正清雅既香檳🍾️,感覺輕盈爽口,因為香檳🍾️可以中和翻黑加侖子🍇嗰種膩膩既甜香,呢個配搭幾好~

海鹽焦糖雪糕 🧂:宜家越黎越流行呢個鹹同甜既mix & match,係幾夾既~ 淡淡既鹹香平衡左甜味,同時增加左焦糖既飽滿度同奶油香味,令到口入面焦糖既餘韻留耐啲,仍然有啲焦苦帶有甘甜醇厚既感覺幾正~ 同時唔會好甜!

鹹蛋肉鬆雪糕 🥚🟡:真係好重肉鬆味🤩 有濃郁鹹鮮既肉香,而且肉鬆入口即溶既特點同雪糕有啲似,又有一絲絲脆香軟綿既肉鬆,所以更加似同好食👍🏻 不過鹹蛋黃🟡 個味唔夠出,同埋如果善用埋佢沙沙既口感落多啲連埋細細粒既蛋黃增加顆粒感就更加好!

個火焰桃🍑可以自由配crepe / waffle / 雪糕 / rum baba咁食,帶有啲甜酒香味,燒既時候揮發左所以唔會太重酒味幾好~ 不過桃🍑既香味有啲淡同埋本身唔係好夠甜;至於Rum baba 係一種浸左香醇rum 酒、質地蓬鬆既海綿蛋糕🍰,不過呢個太甜,漏左啲,可能因為rum syrup 用多左,蛋糕🍰質地偏濕同實身,比較似牛油蛋糕... 加上已經太飽就無咩點食

Chocolate truffles (好味指數:😍😍😍😍🤩)
松露形朱古力,因為形狀模仿法國🇫🇷出名既食材“松露”所以有呢個名~ 朱古力表面有一層可可粉,所以入口先苦後甜,口感細膩香醇,絲絲濃滑~ 另外因為有23度既超低melting point,所以會比更加“入口即化”,食完個口仲有濃厚既餘韻!不過因為太濃朱古力味🍫,食得多會漏,想試多啲其他野既話記得忍口 😂

Marcaroons (好味指數:😍😍😍🤩)
有好多款味,五顏六色咁幾夢幻,有一層極薄酥既外層,裡面係蛋白餅變翻常溫之後軟糯,帶啲糖心既口感,外殼略脆,裏面軟糯,不過一如以往食既marcaroons,全部都比較甜...
原味最重杏仁🌰香味~;
檸檬🍋味既感覺有啲似檸檬🍋夾心餅中間個醬既味,酸酸地中和翻無咁甜會清新啲;
紅莓🍓味酸酸甜甜,又唔會有藥水味都唔錯!
綠茶🍵味有啲失望,因為除左本身既杏仁味,食唔出有茶味...
朱古力🍫味偏淡,但都唔錯~
至於咖啡☕️味就濃啲,亦無好似咖啡糖🍬咁假味,相對上會無咁死甜~
