開心聚舊,傳统中菜,服務不錯,大師父的味道。 平時食慣商場裏嘅中式酒樓,今次真係試到什麼是傳統中菜的味道!1)小食推介,家鄉灼珍肝,喜歡鵝肝的朋友,可以試下這鹵水雞肝,唔錯。2)鹵水叉燒,肥瘦啱好,肉汁入味4) 炒腎球, 好爽,唔韌。 出乎意料。3)足料冬瓜盅, 其他餐廳冬瓜盅,飲到第二碗嘅時候已經淡茂茂。今次,我飲到第二碗湯汁都有點鮮味。 與眾不同!5) 炒鮮奶,滑!6)家鄉鹹魚煎肉餅,好有鹹魚香味,而且肉汁保存到,高手。7)推介: 炸檸雞,好香檸檬香味,外皮脆,雞肉嫩滑。8) 羌絲 菜遠牛肉,牛肉香,且嫩口,生菜脆甜。9)白鱔煲, 夠火候,熱辣辣10) 壓軸推介: 家鄉米鴨,皮脆,皮下沒有脂肪,肉質好實,嘩,真係好難抗拒食多啲。11) 最後食番個菜,完美!
